TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deliveries

Our aim is to despatch all orders within 7 working days but we do our utmost to dispatch orders on the same day as they are placed.  Any orders not received should be reported to us within 5 days of the despatch date.  The delivery date for Bespoke items will be confirmed when the order has been placed. 

 

Any deliveries which are damaged, must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery.  Any deliveries returned to us, will be at the customers' own expense.  Any paper returned to us must be in its' original condition and size.  Any trimmed, cut, folded or altered paper will not be accepted.

 

Delivery Charges for website orders within UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands)

Orders with a value between £0.01 and £15.00 will have a delivery cost of £2.99 added, between £15.01 and £50.00 a delivery cost of £6.95 will be added and for orders over £50.00 in value there is no charge for delivery.

Non Mainland UK Delivery including Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands Charges

Trade/Wholesale Orders

Carriage charges will be advised at time of quotation.


Non deliveries/Faulty goods/Alternative items

Any goods returned by Royal Mail or other carriage companies and marked as un-deliverable will be held by The Apsley Paper Trail until we have received instructions as to how to re-deliver.  We may make a charge for re-delivery of items.

 

Our products are all natural products and therefore, some of our papers may vary slightly from the designs shown.  Our 'Inclusion' papers contain natural substances and their appearance, texture or feel may vary from batch to batch.  We do our best but would advise purchasing all paper required for a particular job in one order to ensure all sheets match.

 

The contents of assorted packs may vary.

 

Payments

All first orders are done on a pro forma basis.  We are happy to accept BACS into our account, or company cheques, which should be made payable to APSLEY PAPER TRAIL.  We can also take payment for first orders over the telephone via our credit/debit card system.

 

Any orders remain the property of The Apsley Paper Trail, until the invoice has been paid in full.

 

Bespoke orders must be paid in full before production is undertaken.

 

Non payments/Refunds/Cancelling orders

Any refunds made through payment systems will be subject to any charges made from the payment handling company. 

 

Any bespoke items that are ordered for a customer and the order is cancelled before the items can be delivered will result in the customer being charged for the full value of the invoice.

 

Late payment charges on accounts will be enforced after 14 days after terms.  For details of these late payment charges, please call us on 01442 234600.

 

General Information/Privacy Policy

Any information that we hold with regards to customers details will be held for our own information only and for as long as it is deemed necessary in line with current guidelines.  We do not pass on any customer details to anyone else for any other reason.
