Deliveries
We aim to deliver all orders placed within 14 days. We aim to inform all customers when their order has been despatched. Delivery dates of bespoke items will be confirmed when orders are placed.
Any deliveries reported as damaged must be done within 24 hours of delivery. Any deliveries returned to us will be at the customers' own expense. Any paper returned must be in its original size. Any trimmed, cut, folded or altered paper will not be accepted.
Non deliveries/Faulty goods/Alternative items
We reserve the right to substitute similar products of a similar or greater value when items are no longer available.
Any goods returned by the Royal Mail as undeliverable will be held by The Exotic Paper Company until we received instructions on how to re-deliver. We may make a charge for re-delivery of items.
Any goods not received should be notified within 5 days of the despatch date.
Our papers may vary slightly from the designs shown.
Our 'inclusion' papers contain natural substances and their appearance, texture or feel may vary slightly.
The contents of assortment packs will vary and we reserve the right to amend the contents. We reserve the right to substitute items of a similar or greater value if items become out of stock.
Payments
All first orders are done on a pro forma basis. We are happy to accept BACS into our account or company cheques made payable to The Exotic Paper Company Ltd.
Any orders remain the property of The Exotic Paper Company Ltd until the invoice has been paid for in full.
Non payments/Refunds/Cancelling orders
Any refunds made through payment systems will be subject to any charges made from the payment handling company.
Any bespoke items that are ordered for a customer and the order is cancelled before the items can be delivered will result in the customer being charged for the full value of the invoice.
Late payment charges on accounts will be enforced after 14 days after terms. For details of these late payment charges please telephone us on 01761 233818.
General Information/Privacy Policy
Any information that we hold with regards to customers' details will be held for our own information only and for as long as it is deemed necessary in line with current guidelines. We do not pass on any customer details to anybody else for any other reason.
